Internships

The American Enterprise is seeking interns in our Washington D.C. office. Interns will help with research, proofreading, website maintenance, and broad editorial tasks. Interns will have opportunities to write for the magazine or its website. Interns also get to attend interesting lectures and events at AEI and elsewhere in D.C. This is an unpaid internship, although AEI does feed its staff extremely well. The work environment is great: free gourmet lunch and breakfast, free espresso and soda, free muffins and cookies, a lively atmosphere, and pleasant co-workers.

Applicants should be interested in politics and journalism, be organized, have good writing ability and, at the very least, be open-minded about TAE's center-conservative philosophy. Liberal arts majors and students in the social and hard sciences alike are encouraged to apply.
